Description
When creating Roses on Ice, Kilian Hennessy worked with perfumer Franck Voelkl for the first time and wanted to recreate “Gin on the rocks” with a splash of lime. The scent of Roses on Ice opens with the aquatic freshness of cucumber and the aromatic lift of juniper berries. This cool feeling is rounded off with chords of rose. Sandalwood and musk form the base and thus express the sharp and deeply penetrated character of gin.
The scent is enhanced by the warmth of your own body. Apply to the crook of your knees and elbows for a longer-lasting, more intense scent. After application, avoid rubbing or blotting the skin. This causes the scent to break down and wear off more quickly. If you prefer to place the scent on your wrists, you can reapply after washing your hands frequently as this can help rinse off the scent.
Top note: cucumber
Heart note: rose juniper
Base notes: sandalwood
